I also recommend you look for recent blog posts or YouTube videos from Dave Meyers.

I am planning and preparing so I can purchase a 4-plex in a little over a year, just want to know if any of you have some YouTuber recommendations outside of BP. 

Incredible value delivered over many years here at BiggerPockets, and that's JUST on these forums, not counting 500+ BP Money podcasts, more YouTube videos, comments across the Facebook groups, and a partridge in a pear tree. 

@Jay Hinrichs: Yep, you've been really good about posting on the "down side" of Subject To and I read your posts.The challenge is that there is a ton of people on Youtube talking about how easy Subject To is, then when someone hears that a lot on youtube, then discovers Bigger Pockets and assumes Subject To is all rainbows and roses, we have to keep educating them to keep them out of trouble. 

Cant all be youtube and gurus selling pipe dreams!!! 

There was this guy on youtube that explained it quite well (have a look from 07:59 onwards)I watched his other videos on the STR markets for Marbella and Valencia... quite interesting content. 

I've watched a lot of his youtube/podcasts/etc and love his approach to these thigns.

I also discovered some excellent YouTube channels that discuss test material and sample questions, which I watched regularly.

Go on YouTube and you’ll see all the fear monger crash bros predicting a crash in the RE market.
