How is the tourism economy in Jobos Beach?

Vegas example: Any market driven by tourism is obviously going to have bigger peaks and troughs when things go wrong.

Montenegro is an up and coming country, friendly to foreign investors, high tourism, low tax, and is on track to join the EU in the next five years.

Philly might as well be Vietnam to me when it comes to investing.

I know tourism is pretty hit and miss in montana - fires, intense snow or cold, summers that never come (last year), are unpredictable and I assume have a pretty drastic effect on the bottom line of a VRBO property. 

I find Placer County is very in tune with their reliance on tourism.

If you are listing it during the high season for tourism in your area, then definitely do not discount it.

.- Tourism is on high demand and has been for some time with the Olympic Training Center and soon to be museum, Pikes Peak, Cog Railway, The Incline, Cave of the Winds, and so much more.- Plus you got to love all the microbreweries - just sayin...

Points of Interest - Morgantown - College town, there will always be a need for short term rentals but I would try to stay as close to the college campus as possible - Fayetteville - White water rafting, Bridge Day, overall just a cool little town that is growing quite well From a tourism point of view, it would be worth noting that WV, in general, is a seasonal destination and a large part of your business would be coming in during the summer months. 

They also have proven and documented tourism numbers so that make analysis much easier.
