If you could sell this to some wide-eyed newbie that's been watching a lot of late night tv for $85K, you'd have a nice profit and they would break even on the cash flow (at least they wouldn't lose their butt).

Hi Loan,I chose my career (Computer Science) because I was fascinated by science fiction novels and a TV show from the early 60's called Star Trek.  

He owns his own TV station and does about 5 to 7 shows per week. 

I also don't check Facebook or any other social media, watch tv often, etc.I do run two businesses, manage 20 rental units, have a social life and a relationship.

I know its not the TV shiney optIons but Its how to move forward.
