These have been pretty hard to find and work with, but once you start using them, they get easier.We have always found them to be pretty accurate when properly adjusted for the park/community they are in so your comment puzzles me.

I agree with a lot of what the other PMs have said here - new clients typically shop based on price, but once they've been with a bad PMC, the client realizes that price is only part of the puzzle.

Then if something new comes along figure out how to make an adjustment, like a puzzle.
