There will always be new flashy cars that you must resist the temptation to purchase. 

All were able to resist it if they kept up the corporate formalities. 

Now the default home owner is resisting the foreclosure process, does not allow any appraiser or general contractor to get inside the house.

(Sorry, couldn't resist). 

The amateurs tend to look for the path of least resistance when things get tough and get fleeced investing in "cheap" markets they have absolutely no clue about.

We use lilyturf grass in some flower beds with partial sun and are drought resistant which usually holds up well throughout the year without any intervention.

.... or, does each unit have its own electric resistance heat (either via convectional baseboards, hydronic baseboards or forced air)?

Resist the pressure, take your time, and get the most you can out of this property.
