I own a photography studio.  

On a rental Im only going to make a few hundred bucks, so it really isnt worth it to pay for professional photography.

But a few key things that are probably global are the following: > Take GREAT pictures, do not skimp on professional photography as they sell your home online> Make sure you always put yourself in the guests shoes and are empathetic to the fact that it's their special vacation time as if it was yours and therefore prepare, maintain and communicate with the guest with that in mind at all times.

I'm motivated, quick learner, and have many skills as it is (basic photography/videography, creating fliers, etc.)Right now, I'm needing to network with other investors; help them make some deals so that I can make money to better MY credit/financial position to invest.

I do photography on the side.

In saying you are a pro at photography (videography makes you even more marketable), you have to put that out in an optimal manner.  

Then I was downsized and, well that is a familiar story...About that same time my wife and I were starting a photography studio for her and she was retiring from her j-o-b.

looks fantastic. great job.i think you over did it on the HDR (pictures) though. but that's my photography criticism coming through. :)

It is fun to fly and great for taking Ariel photography or checking for roof damage after a storm.

I use the term manager loosely, they pay for photography and advertising on Airbnb, vrbo and a few others.
