Originally we were planning on patching some siding and repainting the whole thing. 

They have done some repairs on it (new roof, new wooden floors, patched walls, etc...)

Also, the vinyl plank flooring companies are discontinuing styles and coming up with new ones its hard to get flooring to match to patch or replace with the same.

We have spent several $$$ patching up holes and cracks around the property.

HiI was told that an oil company bought a ton of fully furnished mobile homes for the Bakken oil patch.

Otherwise, have a handyman patch and paint for cosmetic fix. 

I can repair it with a sort of patch system but it will not be exactly the same due to the separate manufacturing of the laminate that is in place and the laminate patch.Do I have the right as the landlord to have the tenant pay for a whole new countertop or just a repair job that may not quite be back to original?
