Help! Recurring Pest Issues w/ Watts, CA tenants
We continuously have pest issued with our duplex in Watts, CA. We have spent several $$$ patching up holes and cracks around the property. Does California require landlords to pay for both internal and exterior pest maintenance for duplex? Tenants aren't the cleanest people either. What do you guys do, or what would you do? Yes, I have a property manager, and we have started getting quotes for quarterly pest services. Any pest companies you suggest in Los Angeles?
