I'm going to assume a majority of them came from the "gurus" boot camps and bus tours , since wholesaling is being promoted as "easy money". 

It will take time and it won't be over night but there is money to be made.

The downfall: They're an "18+ and over only" establishment.This drove me to search more, and find, that there are some hotels that book day use of rooms rather than an overnight room.

I don't mind if you leave it in the driveway overnight, but it needs to be gone by 6 AM or it will be towed.
