Not sure why, just observation.

We had a sales agent here in NH who lost a discrimination case to a predatory client because he observed that one of the properties they viewed didn't have a backyard for the client's child to play in.

I think you should plan on compensating yourself for it.I hope this works out for you but just wanted to share my observations in hopes of it giving you extra things to think about.

Any decent property inspector would have observed that. 

I also mentioned the unit had not been cleaned, that we had documented everything, and that we had observed her spying on the apartment.Her response was typical, multiple emails with everything from excuses to demands to threats.  

Just a point of observation, if all you do is base your buying decisions on the numbers you end up with junk properties in the 'hood.
