I have yet to invest in any real estate but i am very interested in starting soon. I will be moving for work within the next 6 months and I’d like to do my first deal shortly after I move to the new area, preferably a 2-4 unit building. I’m looking for some advice or maybe someone who is in the area i could observe or meet with. Thanks -Will
