Talk to them, ask them for recommendations, make a list.Try meet 3 new people a week for lunch, conference calls, etc. 

I'm looking for an interesting and informative real estate investors conference with a trade show kind of feel which also offers seminars on topics.

I have been looking online to see if there are any real estate or leadership conferences/meetups going on during that week,  I would really appreciate recommendations.

The fall and spring conferences have more information going on concurrently that you will be overwhelmed with the information and relationships you can build.
