I started in SF Bay Area and we were doing bid over ask back in the late 80s..

The plan is to rent for the next 4 years or so until we move out of the bay area. 

The first one is more my own doing, a Bay Area SFH that I rent out to family members so they are getting a great deal.  

There's a lot of new condo construction happening in the Bay Area, so I'm worried about future appreciation.
