They would only show up when we got lots of rain.recently though,  the smaller German type showed up. 

I have 3 children still at home and we also have 3 beloved dogs (2 of them are German Shepherds), 2 cats, and a bearded dragon, making getting an apartment or even rental home extremely difficult. 

@German Chavez They just give you a list of bank owned homes either a) listed in their local mls or b) on a public REO auction site (xhome, etc).And be ready for the upswell to their “premium, super secret methods of buying properties already publicly for sale, that nobody else ever thought of…just for you guys”

First of all, She's German and comes from a very money conscious family.

I’m a German citizen and consider residing in California. 

Small (1cm in length about) with a yellow ish stripe in the center of the back is a German roach.

Even the smaller German ones can be eradicated in a few trips across a couple of weeks.
