I do not know where you get the data table, I have to say, the table is very misleading, or I can even call it cheating.

They deed it out of the owners name OR they have someone with a fake (looks real) ID show up to sell at the closing table. 

It's also nice to include some photos if you want things staged, or the coffee table items arranged a certain way.
