There are likely larger users out than than what I deal with, but at that SF at least in my world you are likely looking at multiple tenants, not sure if thats what you planned or not.additionally something else to consider is the cost of buildout on a med office space. depending if they are going to have x ray or not its not uncommon to see $500-$800K buildouts in my experience.

Kwikset batteries are fine if not hooked to WIFI, but then you get no notice that the batteries are low.Price labs is very popular, but I have no experience with the competition.Good luck

That is part of the problem with a lot of companies (I am not knocking insula as dont have all the info/facts just stating how the business works), they engage brokers to get them loans and the brokers collect a small fee. unfortunately many of the brokers may be similar to real estate wholesalers - have little to no experience.
