Upon graduating college recently, one lesson I've learned is that the best professor we can have is ourselves.

I have a property currently where a college student lived three blocks away from the new georgia dome on northside drive/ Airbnbs in that area go for 200 per night.

But I do have it listed on MLS for LTR, I’d much rather a short term guest though - since I’m so close to college and university hospital, I’d hope for students or traveling medical professionals.

When I was in college, our next door neighbor was a cop, and he was living there with a reduced rent and was the on-call law enforcement officer in case anything ever went down.We the neighbors were all underage - He would come over off duty and grab some beers...He would also call us and let us know that "Party Patrol," was on its way, so we could tell everyone to clear out before the on duty units could arrive on scene.

On top of all of that, it boasts one of the best college football teams Ohio State Buckeyes, which is very well known and has a cult following, and attracts a lot of people to the games. 

We have colleges and state jobs that are unlikely to leave the area.

I visited a friend that lived in Raleigh for a few years after we graduated college.

College rentals are great, but more time intensive and usually better managed by more experienced landlords because college kids break more stuff and don't know how to work a lot of things.
