i think there is a technical (psychology) term for this, but would never remember it. basically it says that factory workers need to be noticed, start doing a good job, then it dips back down. anyway, great work, @Vicki K.

For now think of investing dollars instead of exchanging dollars as a gamble -- the first factor.The second factor is that when a nation's currency becomes worth less, the value of the goods and services of that nation start becoming a lot cheaper to a foreign buyer.

I'm a wholesaler not a rehabber so have no credible opinion but I do have a buyer that after considering everything including soft costs and a 5% misc expense factor is content with the numbers showing a $25-35k profit.
