Then your end buyer will buy it from you either with cash (same day) or with their own mortgage but you may have a problem doing that same day as Jon pointed out.Best route is to buy with your own cash (or borrowed) and then flip to end buyer with all cash.As Jon said you will have major value issues if you try to sell to someone on a mortgage to soon - and frankly - you need a very friendly title company as the lending bank will want to see the chain of title and well - since another bank owns it it will be a problem.

My question is are the lender's 30 day seasoning requirements similar to FHA's 90 day, as in you cannot open escrow to a property until the seasoning has passed?

I also remind them the security deposit is not the last month's rent and I need to receive the last month's rent on the scheduled day as usual.
