(3) The public or private water supplier shall furnish such statement to the requestor by certified mail, return receipt requested, statutory overnight delivery, or electronic means if electronic communication is provided by the requestor within ten business days of receipt of such request.

Be aware though even when "calendar days, as opposed to business days, are stated, when the deadline falls on a Saturday/Sunday it may automatically be extended to 5:00pm Monday (if Monday is not a holiday).

Payments and statements will begin to be processed and sent beginning the 20th of the month or 1st business day thereafter and in the month following the reporting period, with a goal of all payments being sent before the end of the same month.Now they are changing the way we will be reimbursed so that they can sit with our money longer....

I try to use business days so that way i get those few extra saturday and sundays.Also, contact local wholesalers and get a JV done to help you move the property faster.
