Hi everyone,I'm hopefully purchasing a rental property in Boston (some sort of condo or duplex in Eastie, Dorchester, South Boston, Seaport) soon but am wondering whether I should hire a PM.

I didn't need to add one because we're with in .5 miles of public transportation. 

I think receiving an invoice is perfectly reasonable.I am not sure about Denver, but in Boston that price does not seem too unreasonable to me.Also, I may be speculating, but to me, rodents are more preventable than wasps.

Boston is too expensive.  

I'm originally from Massachusetts and have lived all around from growing up in central MA, going to college in western MA, and now living in Boston, so I'm pretty familiar with the general landscape of the state.

We stay close to public transportation, particularly train stations.

Theres about 3-4 this month from boston, Worcester, Springfield and CT go on meet ups dot com and you should be able to find them

I would just have to replace a portion of the exterior wall that had an addition they removed when they prepped it for transport.

Two years ago, I did the very same thing outside of Boston.
