If the deal is fat enough and packaged properly, you won't have any problems finding money.Also, like Levi says, you need a narrow, but deep approach to marketing (not a bunch of superficial trials), then, continue to optimize the same approach.

I ask two questions to get started.1. how many in the room are RE agents.. about 60% raise there hands.2. how many of you are private or HM lenders about 50% raise there hands.that's were you find private lenders BELLY TO BELLY NOT on the interenet.. lest you be separated from small dollars with all the scammers that promise you the moon just to steal a few hundred bucks from you  200 to 500.... once you do that a few times you probably figure it out.And BP has a lot of lender scammers trolling this site so careful..

If the GFCI is mounted inside a grounded metal box, those GFCIs are fat enough that the terminals on the sides can touch that metal box if there is any "play" on the screws attaching the GFCI to the box.
