Holding companies, one way to start?

As for Rich Dad companies... you can try to figure out their convoluted ownership schemes in this SEC document (exhibit B): http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1095276/000101968710002457/tigrent_sc13d-062810.htm And after that, it appears Rich Global, LLC filed BK in Wyoming bankruptcy court: http://business-bankruptcies.com/cases/rich-global-llc with creditors that include Arizona Department of Revenue and the IRS.

Besides, laminate floors make "most" units look more "down market" than carpet, except in kitchens and baths where I always use ceramic tile. Please spend some time reading the archives here, pay particular attention to all the posts from people who thought a "skinny" deal was OK because it was a way to "get their feet wet", get started, get in the game etc.BTW, I pay CASH for all my deals, do my own repairs, except A/C (I can trouble shoot and repair that except for the "sealed-freon" bits) and I wouldn't bother to answer an ad on a deal like this.

Investing out of state, would you do it?

Because of this I LOVE that a client can have a video archive of each of the homes we toured for him to review later. As long as you have a good realtor who will do this for you, you have a thorough home inspection done and have a good property management company lined up I think investing out of state is a viable option and will become more and more common in the years to come.

No property page social media campaign A single property requires engagement, this can be archived through social media, after all social media is in real time.Submitting a link or image once to Facebook creates very little attention,a constant campaign is required.A Property page needs videoA video campaign is a must, this is viral advertising after all.My solution:Property owner/ agent add's property details to platform ,we optimize property details (keyword rich) ensuring search engine ranking.
