If you don't have a credit card, get one.

I sold one earlier this year and essentially paid off all credit card debt. 

Unless you've had a credit card since you were 14 and the same job for the past year or two and some $$$ in the bank, I can't imagine they'd loan to someone so young (again maybe they won't even loan to anyone under 18). 

I'm new to Wholesaling myself, The challenge is not so much a Lender, (don't really need one), it's finding a deal with a Win-Win-Win  for all  parties. 

@Peter Beckwith I don't think it's the case with either, because I've never heard of that.I mean, I guess I can't blame some companies for trying it, but I've never encountered it and probably wouldn't agree to it.On the other hand, if they want to give me a competitive quote on my primary residence to try to win my business independently, I'm always open to considering ways to save money 😀
