My husband & I are pursuing this goal together but we both have full time jobs so we are not looking to be a landlords.

The units are really new so I don't see any replacement costs besides the normal wear on the property and upkeep (paint every 3-5 years and caulking).

Since we would be looking at our first property and owner occupying, we are looking to utilize a FHA loan to get 3.5% down payment.

We are even seeing some hotels that are using pre-fabricated models.

We are currently under contract to purchase a group of duplexes and I am researching our insurance options.  

Don't invest in Europe.It doesn't work like in the US.Prices are way too high, rents too low, they will tax you to death on rental income(Portugal is 28%, Germany is 40%) and there is red tape from here to Mars.

We are looking to purchase house under contract with home partners in forney area.

I have partnered with my uncle (who showed me on to BP), and we are just trying to find the best way to find deals in a hot market.

If my offer is 900K, and somebody else offers 915K, and we are both using Agents, then the Seller will of course take the 900K.

I am sure that we are colleagues, I don't think we met in person ever though.
