Costin,I agree, and I do have my process and system set up for management and investment strategy.  

I needed someone for the smaller on-call and minor installs like home water heater or heat pump, sometimes Freon.

Good mechanical systems, plumbing, electric, kitchens and baths.

We finally just developed an in-house system for our own use that has worked out great and given us a marketing list that no one else has (or only a few people).   

I think for a lot of these folks getting started with the no's you need to have a system to track those and drip them.. we did it with Telemarketing.. people in the country ( not the city) rarely got telemarketed and enjoyed our calls as strange as that sounds.. 

well we earned it.. put our kids through collage with no student debt time for them to make money and pay into the system so I can retire on SS

hello all my friend is going through divorce/separation long story short , he left the house  to start a new family ,the ex wife  does not longer wants to live in the house and she left too , now the house is empty and there was a big water leak he fixed the  water leak but not the damage last time i talked to him he was paying $800.00 mortgage on an empty house and paying rent in the new place the new wife which also does not want to do anything with the househe owns about $80 k to the bank he has $40 k on equity which he wants pull  but also there is a lean of $20 k on the housecomps are about $140 k -$160k  around here, how can i approach  him to get the best deal for him and for me in case he decide to get rid of the property3 bed 1bath small yard doblewide thank you for your input to all Homero Jose
