You also mentioned that i was given as chance to walk away from the purchase but that was when we had a discussion about the delay of the Rehab for more than 2 months, believe me i would have never purchased the property if i knew there was a break-in history from a sqatter even before the purchase.When the first break-in happened i was patient enough and did not say anything.
