I would caution you as pricing right now on almost everything on the MLS is overpriced and will struggle to cash flow unless you can find a killer deal or find alternative financing.

@Keshia Romelus @Rachael Agruso is dead on. i think CT as a whole has some struggles its going through but New Britain has a lot of great stuff going on right now and is poised for some potential appreciation in the coming years.
