I don't really know too much about Top Hand except they are the other large PM there.I've gotten good returns there but the tenant class is tricky...lots of meth addicts that get evicted and then hop around from place to place singing sad songs or appearing normal but then leaving property damage in their wake & skipped rent.

I did break this down into sections so that you can skip to area of interest if you don’t feel like reading the whole thing.

We have done this to 2 tenants for breaking the lease and skipping out.

I know some tenants who skip over those properties.

By the time you add all that additional framing at a thickness necessary for adequate insulation, you may as well have simply framed the building and skipped the container.  

Would the utility company let her skip paying? 

Some task I need accomplished are:-Skip tracing -Cold calling-Acquisition leads-Pulling comps, -Filling out contracts,-Entering data into CRM and deal analyzer tools, -Organizing contractors-General logistical paperwork-Phone callsAlso any advice on what I should know about virtual assistants, or any recommendations?

@Christophe Mandell beenverified and idi are pretty good places to do one off skip tracing.

You have to use their Skip Trace system to get those number.
