We pretty much receive all our paperwork digitally so it makes it easy, What you could do is create an organized digital filing system for all your documents.

I don't know much about this space or opportunity to know how hard it would be to organize and offer but definitely something that would be valuable to the community. 

I've been reading through BP for a couple of months starting to organize my thoughts and gain some traction/knowledge.  

On some level, you may even have to address you ignoring his approval because of your own skill.

For many of the deals I get, we are not the highest offer...often not even in the top two, but skill and relational equity bridge the gap. 

I have great experienced in the process of buying and selling houses and can handle the paperwork and  legalities.I also have the skill to list a house and find a buyer quickly.I am looking for a partners who is honest,hardworking, has already completed a deal or two, and would like to expand his/her business by connecting with other professionals.If you think we may work well together, please let me know.Looking forward to hear from you.

I found a tenant who wanted to organize it as an Airbnb.  

More cost to the home owner and more time for those qualified and skilled since they are backtracking, undoing and redoing work that wasn't done correctly to begin with.
