My question:  should I be putting in offers immediately before I even view the property? 

The Big Picture, specificially, really highlights that leadership in Huntsville has a long-term forward-focused view of what the city should aspire to be, and I just love that kind of proactive leadership.

Being a conventional loan your offer looks stronger from sellers point of view then FHA which has inspection requirements.

It was listed 13 days ago, I have had 8-inquiries, 2-showings and 1 of which submitted an application and was screened yesterday.
