The tree guy said he can cut it to a stump without taking down the fence, but to grind the stump would need to remove the fence which I want to try to avoid.

To get a more accurate quote for engineering costs the perimeter grade beam of foundation needs to be exposed (soil removed) to be evaluated... this is where I'm at right now.

If they are PVC/ABS look for the clean outs -threaded lids that can be removed- and basically pressure wash the inside of the pipes on all runs.If you are handy, remove the toilette and use high pressure water to clean the pipes, you"ll be surprised with what you can accomplish with a garden hose with a pvc end cap and a couple of drilled holes on it.

Partnered with a mentor who financed it, closed it in my name, we removed the junk, landscaped the property, had a professional arborist remove a tree hanging over the property, did some minor renovation work, and listed the property on the MLS.

The renovation consisted of all new interior and exterior paint, removal of popcorn ceiling, complete floor removal and install, complete kitchen remodel which included a wall removal and converting half of a closet into a pantry, complete master bath remodel, 2/3 remodel on guest bath, All new interior doors and hardware, new front door and hardware, new lighting fixtures, new landscaping, new paint for patio and front sidewalk, and pressure washed driveway.

It's normal to have a small scratch in the wall from moving furniture in/out, but a fist-sized hole or a dozen gouges would not be normal.It definitely takes a little time to develop a sense.Just did my walk through and they did not leave the space how I would have left it, not even close. 2-3 large holes which they apologized about, a broken door they apologized about, and really no cleaning at all that I could notice other than most of their belongings were removed.

He did however get us the coverage for previous years because I have received letters from insurance companies asking us to remove moss on roof one time and repair a loose cap (maybe some kind of vent cap or chimney cap) another time.
