Recently, I started reading "The Small and Mighty Real Estate Investor" by Chad Carson, this book has put a new perspective on my real estate investing.

As a newbie, I really enjoy reading success stories like these.

I want to be appropriate and professional, so its great to get your feedback. 

I'm really impressed at the feedback and responses and can tell that he would be an excellent choice due to some of the back story that you provided me with in your recommendation.  

I've been doing a lot of reading along the way and although informational I feel as no book truly illustrates the amount of money you need to have up front to purchase your first property AND/OR methods or programs you could use to help offset some of those cost.

I don't want to cause any family feuding that may lead to the use of authorities; I understand that may be necessary here.Thanks for reading!
