Hi BP colleagues,What tools/software are you using currently to identify the best markets to potentially invest in?

I'm not sure that someone's past performance in the market will be helpful if you are trying to assess your potential future performance.

A potential issue I will point out is that I’m pretty sure you need to put into service the property in the year you purchased it, at least for bonus depreciation.  

Partner Driven was interested in the Pin Oak Dr deal in Perkiomenville, PA, due to its high profit potential and quick turnaround.
