The conditional re-occupancy certificate says the new buyer has 365 days from closing to complete rehab the property and either return it to a SFR or acquire the permits to change its usage to a MFR.I told the closing attorney immediately that I didn't agree to these conditions, I no longer wanted to buy the property knowing the new information and I wished to back out of the sale.The closing attorney informed me I would lose my entire $150,000 if I didn't sign the paper.

If I can find a part willing to move it (and with the expertise to obtain all necesary permits), I'd like to get it moved and either straight out sell it, or perhaps do a lease option if that is amenable to the park management.

Example could you take data from census like housing starts and building permits, existing home sales, sales tax movements, housing market index, ect. and map it out like stock charts do, then use something similar to technical analysis as a predictor?

I've had bids for the same job where the highest was 4X or more the cheapest.This usually requires permits and a licensed contractor, unless its a property you personally occupy.
