scrapping as an exit strategy
I have a line on a pre-HUD double wide that a landowner wants gone. The parks in my area don't seem interested in it. Has anyone had any luck with scrappers taking end of life mobile homes off of their hands? It seems as though the amount of metal in the frame, roof and siding has to be worth something. I'd appreciate any ideas, resources anyone has to share.
Have a great day!
