What makes people prefer airbnb than hotel these days, especially the rate of hotels are relatively competitive (airbnb becomes more expensive than it used to be), i.e. is it still a viable business for the most part? 

You were given an opportunity most people don't get and are sucking the life out of it for five years.

I see so many people give up within the first year because they set the wrong expectations.

You will need good people to help make you successful.

That takes a lot of time, probably a couple hundred dollars, and there's a good chance they have no evidence to support their claim, whereas you can show pictures or video.Document everything, follow the law, and treat people honestly and fairly.

We use the extension form currently but I am thinking about changing that and having people sign a whole new lease every time.
