I've been in the biz as a general, manufactured home contractor, dealer, real estate broker and developer and have found that not only bigger homes but resident owned communities as well.That stated I own several in lease/rent park communities as well albeit they're in the path of progress, i.e. coastal beach areas, mountain, lake, river communities, etc.

It seems like everything in West Palm Beach has been split up into condos.

I tell my son- when I hit 100 houses, I am turning it over to him and my wife and I will be on the beach.

We bought our first house in Virginia Beach.

I live in Myrtle Beach and work for the man... out of my home office.

just got back from the Keys, 80 degrees, and didn't wear one HI shirt, saving those for the beaches in OH & IN

Surfing, boating, beaches, golf, 300 days of sunshine, 360 days of above freezing weather, it's all over-rated.  

My friends that I was with live in PR, and they daydreamed with me about buying  a property someday.I typically stay in the Condado area; however, next time I visit, I'll be staying at the Water & Beach Club Hotel in Carolina. 

Go as close to the beach as you can and in a community that has easy access to all the amenities.
