They will have for these new projects their own property management arm, an insurance option as well i'm told.   

They'd each have their own entrance, yard and living space, on the same lot.

And this is the more risky one. you are limited when dealing with insurance companies, they have their own processes. 

If seller doesn't like it I will just wish them good luck, let them sell it on their own and find a buyer without my input.
