I would say the 3 failed floor joists usually doesn't manifest itself in the exterior walls.

For those interested, it needs the following:Exterior: Paint Shutters & Power Wash all the vinylInterior: Replace Carpet, Paint Walls & Ceiling, Replace switchplates & outlet covers, Paint doors & trimUnpermitted enclosed patio: Relocate Electric Meter to exterior of home.We also put a sign & lockbox on another property which currently has a tenant.

The rehab essentially gets "deferred" until a later date.Since most of what I need to do to this property is outside the house, it would give us some cash flow and let us do the exterior stuff a bit at a time around our busy schedule.
