Here are the two major questions that I have been eagerly waiting to find answers to and need some expert opinion from all you experts out there:Cash out on equity on the rental property by selling it while market is high.

Good evening I’m a complete novice and need the opinions of the experts.

I am leaning towards SFH, but I would like to hear some opinions as to why a duplex would be better (other then the $150 increase in rent as a duplex).

Hi - looking for actual verifiable info here (links would be great), not just opinions. :)We are doing a rehab in California and today (after getting signed off on everything last week) a building inspector just waltzed in the front door (no knock) and said he was there to "inspect the copper piping."

In my opinion, it's either hard to sell or won't appreciate that much, and yes, vacancy is higher.
