The Panhandle and West Texas in general has always been a booming oil drilling area.

Hello BP I have a question about underground oil tank.

I have been educating myself as much as possible while on the road working in the Oil Field.

I’m in the process of purchasing a property with an underground oil tank.

Not sure if that is your demographic, but Orcale moved HDQ to Houston, you have med school there and MD Anderson and plenty of medical workers, big airline worker population, oil business great today, Exxon just moved HDQ there again, many other companies moving there. 

Then there was an underground oil tank that needed to be removed.It took a lot of work and many months to clear all the hurdles and close on the property. 

Or if your building can be used by..... lets say Jiffy Lube Oil Changes, and they're bankrupt, who wants to lease your space ?

I treat the edges with used car oil before installing.

All of them work like well oiled machines - we work great as a team.

Property: The place looks like it's in good working condition (new boilers, oil tank), but needs updating especially to the kitchen cabinets and oven.
