Texas Panhandle Investors/looking to network

Hello there,

For some reason, I tend to find myself in areas that are hidden treasures. Upon visiting the town of Pampa, Texas, I have found there is a large need for houses that need to be flipped and mainly rentals. 

The Panhandle and West Texas in general has always been a booming oil drilling area. The need is quite large for houses because new rigs are going up every year. I only came to this understanding after my daughters father waiting a month in a hotel until he found his house.

Im looking to connect with investors who are interested in especially rentals. I have my own investor friendly flip crew that would gladly come in from Dallas if the time is right.
