@Benjamin Connor the market has been going nuts down south here as people have been trying to use up there finance pre-approvals to buy cashflow down here, but I would suspect it might slow a bit in the next 30-40 days as they run out and then be a bit of a reset whilst everyone works out where to next?

With the entity piercing the corporate veil is possible but usually an entity creation makes people go away more as they want the low picking fruit (no asset protection).

Yeah, I think if we're going to do any contracting it will probably finishing stuff - it drives my husband nuts for the same reasons lol.They have various time lengths for the loans, it depends on how much you take out.
