I'm primarily concerned with the vendor fee amounts (per transaction or per month), and the processing time it takes to get the tenant's payment into my account, but I'm interested in a comparison of other features too.I'm looking for some website that has reviewed the online payment vendors and has posted comparison information so that I don't have to go look through a dozen different vendor sites to find the information.

I simply used the map feature on the tax record website and went house by house in the neighborhoods I wouuld prefer to invest in looking for houses that were last purchased in 1995 or before.

Since then they stated using dampners and you swing the lever twice a year to send MOST of the cool to top level (and let it drop down stairways) in summer and most of heat to lower level and let it rise in winter.I think they call it balancing,,works better than old too hot, too cold of old days.With smaller square footage houses tho, some claim the numerous short stairways take up too much space and cut up floor layouts.I do notice those multilevel s take longer to sell,,,and sell for some less than ranches or splits even.

There are a ton of TV shows featuring Hoarders several of the episodes the hoarders live in and subsequently "trash" the rental property.

That's a good gauge for me.For marketing I use Trulia (they have a new rental feature) and CL.

I know others have commented on liking that feature too.I really like the site upgrades and can't see why people don't like them.
