There are only 3-4 lenders that do this though (called a non-recourse loan). and you cannot co-mingle any of your personal funds to help the Solo401k buy a property. 

Since reading rich dad poor dad I have been reading non stop and listening to the bp podcasts.

If using a lender this is a non issue.

I'd like to add that in addition to look at traditional ways to invest in real estate, look at some non-traditional.

I have served 5 day eviction notice for non payment for May (and 5 days have past).

Once you've both signed the lease it has been executed and you'd probably have to go through eviction for non payment.

Depends on if you've used your VA benefit in the past, your reserve situation, credit  and if you don't plan to use the VA loan in the near future to purchase a home, it could make sense.FYI- There are  non- VA 95% LTV loan programs without PMI
