I’ve read in other forms about the security deposit idea, which is great, but that’s only if it lasts one month or less...While the news keeps changing every hour, it seems that the US will be sending every American $2,000 and will allocate about $300B for small businesses.

The good news out of all of this……I learned an important lesson.

The news story said HUD is suspending evictions and foreclosures - no info on private party restrictions.
