This week I am repainting, fixing plumbing, hunting for 60 year old spanish roof tiles.I did get a bid for total new HVAC which I have the knowledge to handle but not the muscle as it involves heavy equipment maybe a crane.There's a holiday in the week coming which gives the opportunity to get some exercise and get this done.

I say all this to say that what could potentially happen is that housing and owning housing here could become an affordability issue for people and could cause people to need to downsize.
