Advice needed! Can't access my equity.

Hi

I would like to access my primary home's equity to purchase investment property. I can't provide income docs, DTI is also not going to work in traditional way. What option do I have? Thanks

If you can't provide proof of income (or future income), why would anyone lend you money?  Am I missing something here?
