Looking for people's experience with appraisers on small multi family properties (2-4 units).

It works if you can get a system in place to find those properties. 

They are battery operated and work with your wifi system.

If the right opportunity came along, where I could manage an multi family building as an Airbnb and crash pad here in the valley I would do that. 

Or house hacking a multi family so you cam use an FHA loan and start with a lower down payment?

I'm a newbie but I was looking at multi family's around my area and wondering if there's anything special the banks can do if your purchasing a property that is already cash flowing with tenants?

New investors sometimes spend a lot of time trying to learn how to set up their business, assemble their team, set up their systems... all of which are great and necessary eventually, and they make you feel busy, but none of them actually make you money.

I am interested in learning about single and multi family properties with flipping or buy and hold strategies.

I've got two off-market deals locked up in Englewood (brick multi units)...some leads in south shore, woodlawn.

We are primarily looking to get into small multi-family rentals and have also been considering mobile homes as well.If anyone invest in these areas, or knows of someone else that does, please let me know!
